I sell digital products, and unlike what you might think, I am more interested in your satisfaction and happiness than your money. I care that this works for you, and if it doesn’t, I want to work things out. That said, I do ask for honesty. If you got value from my digital product, please don’t ask for a refund simply to save a few bucks. Please support those who help you and it will be returned tenfold!

Currently, NO REFUNDS are available on digital projects if our system shows that the product download link has been clicked.

If you have purchased one of my digital products, and have NOT not clicked the link to access the product, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

To request a refund please email Jeannie@CraftingJeannie.com with a copy of your purchase confirmation email.

The system does not allow me to refund any purchases over 30 days. If you would like a refund and have not downloaded the product, please submit your request prior to the 30 day mark.

Physical Products (Tee Shirts, mugs, & more)

I’m selling these tee shirts and other items because I love them and I truly hope you do too! I own/have bought everything in my shop AND I’m dedicated to providing you with quality items. However, I’m just a mom sitting in front of my computer. I don’t own a clothing store or a warehouse, I use a printing company. I’m asking you to read and understand my return/refund policy (below) and please know that I want you to love your items as much as I do and I will work with you the best I can.

I have a partnership with a printing company. When you order a physical product (like a tee shirt or mug), they print it and mail it to you. Each order is custom made – there is no inventory. Because of this, I cannot offer refunds, exchanges or returns unless the item is damaged or the wrong item is sent. Read below for more information.

Because the items are custom made (they are made when you order them), I don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know by contacting me at CraftingJeannie@gmail.com!

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me at CraftingJeannie@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and I’ll do my best to sort that out for you. At this time, I don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out the sizing charts—There is one for every item listed in our store.

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let me know at CraftingJeannie@gmail.com 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 one 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and the printing company will send you a new one, or issue a refund!
