Hi,
I havn't sent one of these all summer, and this one is a little different, but there are a few things I really wanted to share (because they're awesome!) Here's your monthly dose of Tuesdays Top 3, a list of my and my kids' favorite things! Top BACK TO SCHOOL ITEMS I've been sharing my favorite items all month, and I certainly can't just pick three, so I made a big list for you to check out. Top Three Must Have Item's This Week
  • The Big Grid Calendar. I tried two calendars this week and this is my favorite. I like the big grid because each day has lines that we fill up (like time slots). It works best because some of my kids have more than one item per day.
  • Erasable Pens. Ok, I've talked about these before, but seriously they are AMAZING for the calendar.
  • Stackable shoe organizer. Ok, we currently have a ridiculous amount of sandals, sneakers, cleats, and dress shoes scattered all around. I just bought these organizers these week and I really like them!
That's all for today. Have a wonderful day. xoxo,

Jeannie

My Favorite Top 3:
1. Fine Motor Clubhouse - If you subscribe before the 14th of each month, you will get TWO MONTHS worth of activities for just $12 - Its a great deal!

2. Sesame Street Online - Free videos & fun learning games

3. Paint Sticks - So much fun! Perfect for little ones

Just a reminder, when I mention a product, it is always one I have purchased and own. I feel very strongly about this. I will always give you my honest opinion.
Hi
Here's your monthly dose of Tuesdays Top 3, a list of my and my kids' favorite things!

Top Three
THINGS FOR YOU
  • Erasable Pens!! I can't believe I just found these. After I got them and used them, I immediately bought another pack! I LOVE these!
  • Apple Watch SE. I never thought I would like the Apple watch, but I've had mine for about 6 months and it's so nice. I especially like that I can find my phone with it (haha)
  • Wearable Blanket Sweatshirt. I swear I'm always cold. I have this awesome wearable blanket and now I have to buy another one because my daughter keeps stealing mine!!
Top Three Chuck Norris Jokes (Free Of Course) My 12-Year-old got a Chuck Norris Book for Easter and is loving it. Here are a few of his favorite jokes:
  • Once a cobra bit Chuck Norris’ leg. After five days of excruciating pain, the cobra died.
  • Chuck Norris once won a game of Connect Four in three moves.
  • The dinosaurs looked at Chuck Norris the wrong way. You know what happened to them.
Top Three BOARD GAMES Baord games are my go-to on rainy summer days, here are our favs:
  • Ticket to Ride - We have Both the regular version and Ticket To Ride Jr. I really wasn't sure about this one, but sure enough, we love it!
  • 5 Minute Dungeon - This is one of the few games our entire family plays and enjoys. Even my littlest guy played this when he was just 4. It takes a little bit to figure out, but it really only lasts 5 minutes!
  • Disney Eye Found It - As a mom, my favorite part of this game is that everyone can win. (yay no fighting), it's a fun I Spy game where everyone races the clock.
That's all for today. Have a wonderful day. xoxo,

Jeannie

Here's the first ever Tuesday's Top Three! I plan to send a top three email once or twice a month.

I'm so excited, but first, I want you to know, I'm not trying to sell you stuff. None of these products are mine (there's free stuff too) It's just that there are so many cool things I want to share with you - but they're not necessarily crafts. So this email is my solution.

Also, when I mention a product, it is always one I have purchased and own. I feel very strongly about this. I will always give you my honest opinion.

FYI, if you don't like the idea of more emails, there's a link at the bottom, just click it and you'll never get a Top 3 again.

On to the Top 3:
1. Three Finger Pencil Grips - Get Them Here
finger grips
These things look super weird but they're cool. My son's teacher sent one home a few weeks ago. We liked them so much that we bought a whole pack. My son's handwriting is so much better and his fingers don't get as tired. Plus, now he thinks writing is fun. I highly recommend them.

2. FREEBIE: Youtube Read Alouds
I buy kid's books all the time, but Amazon never shows me the whole book. Here's a simple trick. Just type into the YouTube search "book title read aloud".

Every book I've ever wanted I've found on there. It's wonderful. Here's one of our favorites:
"Creepy Pair of Underwear Read Aloud"

Bonus tip: On any Youtube video, if you click the gear in the bottom right, you can speed up or slow down a video.

3. Fine Motor Clubhouse - Get It Here
fine motor clubhouse
Ok, I just discovered this a few weeks ago, it's a monthly subscription ($12 per month) and you get over 100 pages of printable activities each month. Every activity is designed to help your little one with their fine motor skills. And, it's all designed by a pediatric occupational therapist.

Are you ready for the BEST PART?! If you subscribe before the 14th, you will get both January and February's packet for just $12 - Its a lot! Of course, you can cancel anytime - just make sure you download the files first.

My thoughts on this subscription:
  • You HAVE to have a printer - It's all color (which are beautiful) but I only print in black & white
  • There are usually about 10 pages per activity, so there are a lot of choices, but also a lot of repetition
  • Most of the activities require extra supplies from you: Play-doh, hole puncher, Cheerios, Ziplock bags, cotton balls, even hair gel! There's lots of helpful information on how to use each item.
  • It's not just the printables, there are also fine motor tips, benefits of the activities, and milestone information.
  • Each month you get a lot of the same activities (i.e. play-doh mats, tracing, cutting, letter sounds) but the images are themed so January is snow and February is Love
  • It's a FABULOUS resource for teachers or daycare workers - you get themed printables every month and you can keep them forever (even after you cancel). Laminate them or print them year after year
  • Seriously, you get A LOT for your money. If you need fine motor activities, It's totally worth it, even if you just buy one month.
The image above has some of the activities for February. My son's favorite is the "Play with your Food" sheets. Definitely check it out, especially if you're working on Fine Motor Skills - There's a FAQ link in the top-right of the Fine Motor Clubhouse Page if you have any other questions. Or feel free to ask me. That's all for Today.

Have a wonderful day.

xoxo,

Jeannie
